Make up is non-refundable.

Consultations are always free.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $30 fee. No shows will be charged 50% of their scheduled service.

After rescheduling the same appointment three times there will be 20% down payment required to reschedule a fourth time.

All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept checks over $200.00.

If the check does not clear, it may accrue an additional fee.

Payment is due at time services are rendered. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In order to purchase hair extensions, we require a 50% down payment for the hair upon making the appointment. The remainder will be due at time of service.

If for any reason a guest is not satisfied with their haircut or color service, the guest has 7 days from the original appointment date to come back for an adjustment at no additional charge.

We do not guarantee your color to last if you do not use the products we recommend.

Color correction services are not guaranteed to be 100% complete in a single session.
